Will campers have to contribute to house chores?
We expect campers to contribute to household duties in order to maintain a clean living space for everyone. There will be a weekly cleaning day in which all members of the household will contribute along with a roster for daily cleaning duties.
Is there a curfew for campers?
Campers over the age of 14 will be allowed to travel around town via public transport or walking (they will need to notify staff of their departure and nominated time of arrival back home. We also understand the importance of getting a good night sleep both after and before a big day of riding! Without sufficient rest you're more likely to injure yourself so we enforce a strict bed time policy at all of our camps.
- Campers under 14 years will need to be in bed by 9pm.
- Campers over this age will need to be in bed by 9:30pm.
What is your policy on drugs and alcohol?
Our aim is to provide a safe and healthy environment for all campers. For this reason, Turn N' Burn Snowboard Camps enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards any involvement with/possession of drugs or alcohol. Failure to abide by this rule will result in the immediate removal of the camper from our programs with any travel costs back to Australia being at their own expense.
Do you have a Code of Conduct?
We attach a copy of our Code of Conduct with all handbooks that are sent out to campers. We expect everyone to abide by this set of rules and failure to do so may lead to consequences.
